All samples charge are refundable once order mass product and quantity reaches 1000pieces.

1. Inquiry quotation.
2.You Confirm the price range, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3.Yunlin sales received sample charge, start the samples
4.You confirm final Sample and price, Delivery time ,Payment term acceptable
5. Release to Yunlin official PO. Our sales send the Proforma Invoice for confirm.
6. You make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
7.Pre-Production samples approval Yunlin sales will use mass production fabric to make the final samples will send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we will arrange the production & inform the final lead time.
8. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
9. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
10. Clients make payment for balance and Yunlin Ship the goods
11. Feedback to Yunlin about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better .

If you have your own shipping forwarder ,we can ship goods to your forwarder directly.
If you have no forwarder ,we will recommend some shipping forwarder for u ,our shipping forwarder have cheapest shipping cost and fast delivery with best servise .We will track shipping update information for u all the time until you received goods.
